Midgley West Silky Beige Tile 24"x48"

Silky Beige, 24" x 48", is large enough that the subfloor has to be flat first, because a tile this size telegraphs every dip underneath. The look is worth the prep. The natural surface keeps its texture, which is what you want where feet arrive wet. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
