Midgley West Segesta Verde Tile 24"x24" - Polished

Segesta Verde, 24" x 24", is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. A polished face looks deeper and brighter than a matte one. It also shows footprints and gets slippery wet, so place it accordingly. Porcelain is the hard wearing one, which is why it ends up in the rooms that get walked through. PEI 5 is the top of the wear scale. It will take commercial traffic without showing it. Each box covers 11.63 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 10 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
