Polished gives you the reflective surface, and the trade is grip: wet polished tile is slippery, so keep it off a wet floor and enjoy it on a wall or a dry room. Porcelain is the hard wearing one, which is why it ends up in the rooms that get walked through. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 3 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Work on 4.84 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 23 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. There is far more grout per square foot here than with a big tile. Pick the grout colour deliberately, because it is half of what you will see.
