Midgley West High Society Black Tile 12"x24" - Polished

High Society Black at 12" x 24" is the size most bathroom and kitchen floors settle on. Big enough that you are not grouting all weekend, small enough to cut cleanly around a vanity. Polished gives you the reflective surface, and the trade is grip: wet polished tile is slippery, so keep it off a wet floor and enjoy it on a wall or a dry room. Porcelain is the hard wearing one, which is why it ends up in the rooms that get walked through. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 3 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. A box holds 11.63 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 10 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece.
