Midgley West Chicago South Side Tile 9"x11" Esagona - Natural

The Chicago South Side in 9" x 11" is a practical size for a small floor or a feature wall, where a large tile would end up mostly cut. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Each box covers 10.44 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 11 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
