Midgley West Artile Copper Tile 24"x48" - Natural

The Artile Copper in 24" x 48" is large format, so you get far fewer grout lines and a floor that reads as one surface rather than a grid. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. A box holds 15.5 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 8 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
