Midgley West Artile Sage Tile 24"x24" - Natural

The Artile Sage in 24" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. A box holds 11.63 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 10 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
