Why Galleria Stands Out

Most vinyl floors look fine in the box; what separates them is the wear layer, the thing that decides whether the floor still looks new in five years.

In simple terms: Beaulieu Galleria gives you the stone and marble look in a waterproof, hard-wearing vinyl floor. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it and installs it with our own team.

The build and the spec: This is a flexible glue-down vinyl. Bonded to the subfloor with full-spread adhesive, it stays put under heavy traffic and rolling loads, which is why it is a fixture in offices and busy commercial spaces. The trade-off is that it demands proper subfloor prep to look right. It has a 22 mil wear layer, the sweet spot for busy homes and light commercial rooms, well above the builder-grade 6 to 12 mil you find in big-box vinyl. With vinyl, the mil rating tells you more about longevity than the overall thickness does. It is 100% waterproof top to bottom, not merely water-resistant, so kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and entries are all fair game. With an IIC rating around 66 and an STC around 67, it meets the sound ratings most Toronto and Mississauga condo boards require, which is often the deciding factor in a high-rise. Tiles come in a 12 by 24 inch format. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and phthalate-free. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 15-year commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Accademia, Getty, Guggenheim, Orsay, and Pergamon.

Our own crew installs Beaulieu Galleria across the Toronto and Mississauga area, Barrie, and Simcoe County, never subcontracted. Glue-down vinyl rewards a flat, dry subfloor, so prep is where we spend the time, then finish the trim and transitions. See our vinyl installation page.

Decision line: choose Galleria for large open areas, commercial spaces, or anywhere a dead-flat, no-bounce floor matters, and budget for proper subfloor prep.

Vinyl reads differently across a full floor than in a small sample, so it is worth seeing Galleria in person at either store. Contact us to check current stock, or browse the full vinyl tile range. Our is flooring waterproof guide explains what waterproof actually covers.

Still Have Questions?

Quick answers about this collection before you buy.

What is Beaulieu Galleria?
Beaulieu Galleria is a glue-down luxury vinyl tile, 100% waterproof, with a 22 mil wear layer. Squarefoot Flooring carries it and installs it with our own crew.
Is Galleria really waterproof?
Yes. Galleria is 100% waterproof through the whole tile, not just water-resistant on the surface, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and basements. Standing water will not damage the floor itself, though you should still wipe up spills so they do not sit at the edges.
How durable is Galleria?
Durability on vinyl comes down to the wear layer, and Galleria has a 22 mil layer, a heavy-residential to light-commercial thickness that handles pets, kids, and busy rooms. The mil rating predicts how long it keeps looking new better than the overall thickness does.
Is Galleria suitable for a condo?
It can be. Galleria carries an IIC rating around 66, which helps it meet the sound requirements most Toronto and Mississauga condo boards set. Always confirm your building's exact rating before ordering, and we can help match it.
How is Galleria installed?
Galleria is a glue-down vinyl, bonded directly to a smooth, flat, dry subfloor with full-spread adhesive. It lies flat with no hollow sound and suits large or high-traffic areas, and our crew handles the subfloor prep that makes or breaks the result.
