In simple terms: Beaulieu Blacktex BL002 is sheet vinyl, a stone-look floor that comes on a wide roll and glues down as one continuous piece. With few or no seams it is genuinely water-tight, soft underfoot, and budget-friendly. Squarefoot Flooring carries it and our own crew installs it.

The build and the spec: At 13 feet wide on the roll, a typical room installs as one continuous sheet, so there are far fewer seams than a plank floor. A firm backing keeps it flat and stable for a clean glue-down installation. Its 16 mil wear layer is thick for a sheet floor, durable enough for busy households and light commercial rooms. With almost no seams, water has nowhere to seep, so it is a natural fit for the wettest rooms in a house: bathrooms, laundry, mudrooms, and basements. A fine sand-texture surface keeps it from feeling slick underfoot. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and phthalate-free and E1 low-emission rated. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 10-year commercial warranty.
