Centura Motley Monterey Natural Porcelain 24" x 24"

Motley Monterey belongs to Centura's Motley range and measures 24" x 24". It is finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Centura rates shade variation at V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. At 24" x 24", it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. Underfoot it is rated R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 903 Birch. It ships 3 pieces to a box, covering 11.51 sq ft, or 3.8358 sq ft a piece.
