Centura Motley Reading Natural Porcelain 24" x 24"

Centura lists Motley Reading in the Motley range: a 24" x 24" porcelain tile. Centura gives it a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 24" x 24" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Underfoot it is rated R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 934 Slate Gray. One box contains 3 pieces, enough for 11.51 sq ft, or 3.8358 sq ft a piece.
