Nexus Graphite is a 3" x 12" matte bullnose in the Nexus range. The surface carries a matte face that absorbs light rather than bouncing it. Shade variation is graded V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the floor real movement piece to piece. This is a finishing piece: a bullnose closes off the exposed edge where a tiled field meets drywall, a niche return or a step. The published figures are a DCOF of 0.50, at or above the 0.42 threshold ANSI sets for level interior floors expected to be walked on wet, Class 4 abrasion resistance, a slip rating of R10 and Mohs hardness 7. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm on a flat substrate. The body is glazed porcelain. Made in Turkey.
