Nexus Graphite is a 2" x 2" matte porcelain mosaic from Anatolia Tile. The surface carries a matte face that absorbs light rather than bouncing it. Expect variation of V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the floor real movement piece to piece. In a home it suits kitchens, entry halls and main-floor living areas. On commercial jobs it turns up in retail floors, restaurant and cafe dining rooms and hotel lobbies. Anatolia tests it at a DCOF of 0.50, at or above the 0.42 threshold ANSI sets for level interior floors expected to be walked on wet, Class 4 abrasion resistance, a slip rating of R10 and Mohs hardness 7. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm on a flat substrate. The body is glazed porcelain. Boxes hold 10 pieces and cover 9.69 sq ft.
