Belgian Linen Fog is a 3" x 12" matte bullnose in the Belgian Linen range. The surface carries the weave and slub of woven linen and a matte face that absorbs light rather than bouncing it. Anatolia grades variation at V1, so pieces run close to uniform and the finished surface reads as one plane. This is a finishing piece: a bullnose closes off the exposed edge where a tiled field meets drywall, a niche return or a step. On paper that means a DCOF of 0.50, at or above the 0.42 threshold ANSI sets for level interior floors expected to be walked on wet, Class 4 abrasion resistance, a slip rating of R9 and Mohs hardness 7. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm on a flat substrate. The body is color body porcelain. Made in Malaysia.
