Anatolia Tile Belgian Linen Dark Blend is an 1" x 4" matte porcelain mosaic. The surface carries the weave and slub of woven linen and a matte face that absorbs light rather than bouncing it. Anatolia grades variation at V1, so pieces run close to uniform and the finished surface reads as one plane. Laid out, the stacked shape breaks the run of a standard grid. Residentially it works in kitchens, entry halls and main-floor living areas. Commercially it is specified for retail floors, restaurant and cafe dining rooms and hotel lobbies. Anatolia tests it at a DCOF of 0.50, at or above the 0.42 threshold ANSI sets for level interior floors expected to be walked on wet, Class 4 abrasion resistance, a slip rating of R9 and Mohs hardness 7. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm on a flat substrate. The body is color body porcelain. One box contains 10 pieces, enough for 9.58 sq ft. Made in Malaysia.
