The detail behind that: The core here is rigid-core, a stone-and-polymer composite that is denser and more rigid than standard vinyl. That rigidity is what lets it sit flat over an imperfect subfloor and hold its shape year-round, and it installs as a floating click floor. It has a 12 mil wear layer, enough for normal household traffic in bedrooms, living rooms, and quieter spaces. Water is a non-issue: it is 100% waterproof through the whole plank, which is what makes it the go-to for bathrooms, kitchens, and below-grade rooms. Planks run up to 7 inches wide and 60 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. An embossed surface adds real texture underfoot rather than a flat printed face. It is also FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. Colours in the range include Farmhouse, Woodcraft, Jasper, Bedford, and Pacific.
