The detail behind that: This is an rigid-core floor, stone polymer composite, which means a dense rigid core that stays dead flat and dimensionally stable. It will not expand, contract, or telegraph small subfloor flaws the way flexible vinyl can, and it floats into place over most existing surfaces. It is 100% waterproof top to bottom, not merely water-resistant, so kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and entries are all fair game. Planks run up to 7 inches wide and 60 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. Painted micro-bevelled edges frame each plank and hide the seams. It is also FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. Colours in the range include Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Venus A, and Boltique.
