Why Urban Zebra Stands Out

Picking tile from a photo is how people end up with a floor they did not expect. Urban Zebra is on display at both our showrooms, in Mississauga and Barrie, so you can see full tiles in person and take samples home before you buy.

The range is mostly porcelain and ceramic tile from Italy and Spain, with glass and natural stone alongside it, from small wall tile and mosaics up to large-format slabs.

Common Questions About Urban Zebra Flooring

Quick answers about Urban Zebra, materials, and shopping at Squarefoot Flooring.

What is Urban Zebra?
Urban Zebra is porcelain and ceramic floor and wall tile, mostly made in Italy and Spain, with glass and natural stone mosaics and large-format porcelain slabs. It is on display at both our showrooms, in Mississauga and Barrie.
Which Urban Zebra tiles can go on a floor?
Each product page lists the use. Porcelain field tile, mosaics and slabs are listed for floors and walls; the ceramic subway, zellige-style and decor tiles are listed for walls only and do not go on floors.
How is Urban Zebra sold?
Field tile is sold by the square foot, in full boxes. Mosaic sheets, trim pieces and slabs are sold by the piece. Each product page shows the box or piece coverage so you can work out how much to order.
Can Urban Zebra tile go outside?
Many porcelain collections are listed as frost resistant, but an outdoor floor also needs the right slip rating and base. Ask us before planning any Urban Zebra tile for a patio, porch or exterior wall.
Where can I see Urban Zebra near me?
At our Mississauga showroom, 700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227, or our Barrie showroom, 112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272. We serve Toronto, Mississauga, Barrie and the GTA.
Do you install Urban Zebra tile?
Yes. We install what we sell with our own crews, not subcontractors, for homes and businesses across Toronto, Mississauga, Barrie and the GTA.
