Amazing Porcelain Tile Unicorn 3 12x24

The Unicorn 3 in 12" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. A box holds 16 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 7 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
