Satin is the middle ground: a little sheen, none of the glare, and easier to live with than a full polish. Porcelain is the hard wearing one. It is what we put down in a hallway, an entry or anywhere boots and grit arrive. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does.
