Toucan Flooring SPC7 Vinyl Plank Flooring
Waterproof, hard-wearing, and warmer underfoot than tile: that combination is why vinyl ends up in so many Toronto kitchens and finished basements.
In simple terms: Toucan Flooring SPC7 is luxury vinyl plank, a wood-look floor that is 100% waterproof and built to take real-life traffic. It is SPC, Squarefoot Flooring carries it and our own crew installs it.
Here is what matters on this one. This is an SPC floor, stone polymer composite, which means a dense rigid core that stays dead flat and dimensionally stable. It will not expand, contract, or telegraph small subfloor flaws the way flexible vinyl can, and it floats into place over most existing surfaces. Water is a non-issue: it is 100% waterproof through the whole plank, which is what makes it the go-to for bathrooms, kitchens, and below-grade rooms. Planks run up to 6 inches wide and 48 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. Colours in the range include Bar Harbor, Newcastle, Oyster Bay, Revere, and Castine.
Decision line: SPC7 is the choice when you want a thin, rock-solid, fully waterproof floor that hides an imperfect subfloor and goes just about anywhere.
Installation is in-house and never subcontracted, across the Toronto and Mississauga area up to Barrie and Simcoe County. We check the subfloor, prep it, and set the floor, then handle the trim. Browse our projects or the vinyl installation page.
Vinyl reads differently across a full floor than in a small sample, so it is worth seeing SPC7 in person at either store. Contact us to check current stock, or browse the full vinyl plank range.
