MSI Surfaces Shorecliffs Vinyl Plank Flooring

In simple terms: MSI Surfaces Shorecliffs gives you the look of real wood in a waterproof, hard-wearing vinyl floor. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it and installs it with our own team.

This is a rigid-core vinyl plank, engineered to stay flat and stable over uneven subfloors and through temperature swings, and it floats into place without glue. It carries a 30 mil wear layer, a commercial-grade thickness that shrugs off heavy traffic, pets, and chairs. With vinyl, the mil rating tells you more about longevity than the overall thickness does. Water is a non-issue: it is 100% waterproof through the whole plank, which is what makes it the go-to for bathrooms, kitchens, and below-grade rooms. It is rated for use over in-floor radiant heat. It comes in a 9 inch width. A low-sheen matte finish keeps glare and footprints down. Painted micro-bevelled edges frame each plank and hide the seams. Colours in the range include Houston Trail, Roghan, Schertz Oaks, Sunny Shake, and Wallingford Blonde.
