Amazing Porcelain Tile Sepphire Gris 12x24

The Sepphire Gris in 12" x 24" is the size most bathroom and kitchen floors settle on. Big enough that you are not grouting all weekend, small enough to cut cleanly around a vanity. Porcelain is the hard wearing one. It is what we put down in a hallway, an entry or anywhere boots and grit arrive. Each box covers 16 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 7 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
