Roca Tile Maiolica Aqua Bright Ceramic 4" x 10"

Roca Tile's Maiolica Aqua is a 4" x 10" bright ceramic tile in a decorative, hand-worked face, made in Brazil and 7 mm thick. Roca Maiolica Aqua is for a backsplash, a shower surround or a feature wall. It solves the wall problem a floor tile does not: it is lighter, cuts more cleanly around an outlet, and costs less per square foot than putting a floor tile up a wall. The trade-off is that a bright glaze lifts a small room but shows every splash, which is why it belongs on a wall rather than underfoot. Most people pair it with a porcelain floor tile from the same collection, so the room runs one tone from the floor up the wall, and with a matching or contrasting grout depending on whether you want the pattern to read. A box of Maiolica Aqua tile holds 38 pieces and covers 11.25 square feet. Order the area you are covering plus about ten per cent for cuts and breakage.
