Roca Tile Lassa White Polished Porcelain 12" x 24"

Roca Tile's Lassa White is a 12" x 24" polished porcelain tile in a marble look, veined across the face, made in Brazil. Roca Lassa White is for floors and walls through the home. It gives you one tile that can run from a kitchen floor up a backsplash without changing product. The trade-off is upkeep. A polished face reads brighter than the same colour in matte, but it shows footmarks and dust sooner, so it rewards a house that gets swept. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, which lets a tiler close the joint to about an eighth of an inch. It also means the substrate has to be flat, because a tight joint leaves nowhere to hide a dip. Pair it with a matching bullnose or a metal trim at the edges, an uncoupling membrane over a concrete slab, and a large-format mortar, because a tile this size needs full coverage under it. A box of Lassa White tile holds 10 pieces and covers 18.84 square feet. Order the area you are covering plus about ten per cent for cuts and breakage.
