Richmond Tile Carrara Select Venato 24x48 Honed Rectified

The Carrara Select Venato Honed Rectified in 24" x 48" is large enough that the subfloor has to be flat first, because a tile this size telegraphs every dip underneath. The look is worth the prep. Honed is the flat, soft sheen you get from grinding without buffing. It looks calmer than a polish and marks less obviously. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
