Olympia Tile Unica Cloud Grey Polished Porcelain Tile 30" x 60"

Real marble etches, stains and needs sealing. Unica Cloud Grey gives you the marble look on porcelain that does not.

In simple terms: Unica Cloud Grey is a 30x60 marble look porcelain tile for dry floors and walls, indoors.

It is the polished finish in Cloud Grey from the Olympia Tile Unica range. It has a marble and stone look. The actual size is 29.13" x 58.27", or 74 x 148 cm.

It is 9 mm thick. The body is coloured to match the surface, so a chip shows less than it would on a white-body tile. It is rated for light commercial traffic. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water, spills and daily foot traffic and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, hallways away from the entry door, kitchen backsplashes, shower and bathroom walls and feature walls. Pick it over real marble when you want the veining without sealing or etching.

Each box holds 1 piece and covers 11.79 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft living room floor takes 13 boxes, or 14 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 10 boxes with the 10% extra included.

It is listed for outdoor use, but a polished face gets slick when wet, so we would not put it on a patio, steps or a pool deck. On a floor, keep the polished face out of showers and away from entry doors where wet boots come in, because it gets slick when wet. Its commercial rating is light traffic, so keep it out of busy commercial floors.

In this size, Unica also comes in Deep Dark and Green. Cloud Grey also comes in 35" x 35".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Unica Cloud Grey in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
