Olympia Tile Colour and Dimension Tender Grey Matte Ceramic Straight Top Cove Base 4" x 6"

A tile job is judged at its edges. Where a cut tile would show its raw body at a corner, a step or a doorway, Colour and Dimension Tender Grey Straight Top Cove Base finishes the line in the same colour as the Colour and Dimension tile.

In simple terms: Colour and Dimension Tender Grey Straight Top Cove Base is a 4x6 ceramic straight top cove base trim for finishing edges, corners and transitions on walls.

It is the matte finish in Tender Grey from the Olympia Tile Colour and Dimension range.

It is 7 mm thick. Ceramic has a lighter, softer body than porcelain, which makes it easy to cut and set, and it is mostly used on walls.

Use it for the joint where the floor meets the wall, as a tile baseboard, in the same colour as the Colour and Dimension field tile. Pick it over a metal edge profile when you want the edge to match the tile instead of framing it.

Trim is counted by length, not area. Each piece is 6" long, so a 10 ft run of edge takes 20 pieces, plus a spare or two for cuts. It is sold by the piece.

It is a trim piece for walls, not a field tile, so do not plan it to cover an open floor or wall area.

It matches the Colour and Dimension Tender Grey field tile in 2" x 16", 2" x 8", 3" x 6" and 4" x 12".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it.
