Midgley West Supreme Lux+ Onyx Prestige Tile 24"x48" - Honed

Supreme Lux+ Onyx Prestige, 24" x 48", covers ground fast and leaves very little grout, which is most of the appeal. Budget for a flat substrate and a second pair of hands. A honed surface sits between matte and polished: a little depth, none of the glare, and better underfoot than a full polish. Porcelain is fired dense enough that water is not an issue, indoors or in a sheltered spot outside. The PEI 2 rating puts it in a bathroom or a bedroom. It is not rated for a hallway or a kitchen floor. Work on 15.5 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 8 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
