Midgley West Soap Stone Black Tile 24"x48" - Satin

The Soap Stone Black in 24" x 48" is large format, so you get far fewer grout lines and a floor that reads as one surface rather than a grid. Satin is the middle ground: a little sheen, none of the glare, and easier to live with than a full polish. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. A box holds 15.5 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 8 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Come and see it in Mississauga or Barrie. Tile rarely looks the same in a store as it does on a phone screen.
