Midgley West Sensi Up Grand Antique Tile 48"x48" - Lux+

Sensi Up Grand Antique at 48" x 48" is large format, so you get far fewer grout lines and a floor that reads as one surface rather than a grid. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. Work on 31.01 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 4 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
