Midgley West Planet Olmo Tile 8"x48"

Planet Olmo, 8" x 48", is large enough that the subfloor has to be flat first, because a tile this size telegraphs every dip underneath. The look is worth the prep. The natural surface keeps its texture, which is what you want where feet arrive wet. Fired harder and denser than ceramic, porcelain copes with freeze and thaw as well, so a covered porch or a three season room is fair game. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
