Midgley West Pietra Lavica Fuligo Tile 24"x24" - Lappato

The Pietra Lavica Fuligo in 24" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. The lappato finish is part polished, part matte, which gives you some shine without the full slip of a polish. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 4 to 5 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Work on 11.63 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 10 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Both our Mississauga and Barrie stores have it out, and we can get you a loose piece to take home.
