Midgley West Mistiq White Tile 12"x24" - Polished

Mistiq White at 12" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. A polished face looks deeper and brighter than a matte one. It also shows footprints and gets slippery wet, so place it accordingly. Porcelain is the hard wearing one, which is why it ends up in the rooms that get walked through. Each box covers 13.57 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 9 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
