Midgley West Magda Marfil Tile 12"x24" - Natural

The Magda Marfil in 12" x 24" is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Each box covers 11.63 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 10 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
