Midgley West Magda Marfil Tile 12"x24" - Polished

Magda Marfil, 12" x 24", is where most floors land. It suits a bathroom, a kitchen, an entry or a whole main floor without looking out of scale. A polished face looks deeper and brighter than a matte one. It also shows footprints and gets slippery wet, so place it accordingly. Porcelain is the hard wearing one, which is why it ends up in the rooms that get walked through. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 11.63 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 10 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Both our Mississauga and Barrie stores have it out, and we can get you a loose piece to take home.
