Midgley West Lilac Tile 48"x110" - Polished

The Lilac in 48" x 110" needs suction cups, a dead flat substrate and an installer who has done it before. Polished gives you the reflective surface, and the trade is grip: wet polished tile is slippery, so keep it off a wet floor and enjoy it on a wall or a dry room. Porcelain is fired dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. PEI 5 is the top of the wear scale. It will take commercial traffic without showing it. A box holds 15.5 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 8 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece.
