Gemme Colorado Basket at 12" x 12" suits a small room. More grout lines than a big tile, but in a powder room or a laundry that is the point: fewer awkward cuts around the fixtures. Porcelain is fired dense enough that water is not an issue, indoors or in a sheltered spot outside. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. A box holds 4.84 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 23 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece.
