The Gemme Black Mirror in 40" x 40" covers ground fast and leaves very little grout, which is most of the appeal. Budget for a flat substrate and a second pair of hands. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. A box holds 11.11 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 10 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
