Midgley West Gemme Breccia Sabbia Mosaic Tile 2"x2" - Matte

Gemme Breccia Sabbia, 2" x 2", is small enough to follow a slope, which is why sheets like this keep turning up on shower floors and in wet rooms. The matte face keeps some grip when it is wet and does not show every water mark, which is why it is the usual pick for a bathroom floor. Porcelain is fired dense enough that water is not an issue, indoors or in a sheltered spot outside. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 4.84 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 23 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
