Midgley West Gemme Colorado Tile 24"x24" - Matte

The Gemme Colorado in 24" x 24" is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. The matte face keeps some grip when it is wet and does not show every water mark, which is why it is the usual pick for a bathroom floor. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. A box holds 11.63 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 10 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. It is on display in Mississauga and Barrie if you want to see a full sheet rather than a photograph.
