Midgley West Gemme Colorado Tile 12"x24" - Matte

The Gemme Colorado in 12" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. Matte is the safer finish underfoot once water gets on it, and it hides the day to day better than a polish does. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Each box covers 11.63 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 10 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
