Midgley West Gemme Breccia Sabbia Tile 12"x24" - Lux

Gemme Breccia Sabbia, 12" x 24", hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Each box covers 11.63 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 10 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
