Midgley West Gemme Breccia Sabbia Tile 24"x24" - Matte

Gemme Breccia Sabbia at 24" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. The matte face keeps some grip when it is wet and does not show every water mark, which is why it is the usual pick for a bathroom floor. The low absorption is the reason porcelain ends up in wet rooms and entries. It takes water, salt and grit without complaint. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 11.63 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 10 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
