Midgley West Gemme Breccia Sabbia Tile 24"x24" - Lux

Gemme Breccia Sabbia at 24" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. Porcelain is fired dense enough that water is not an issue, indoors or in a sheltered spot outside. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Each box covers 11.63 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 10 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
