Midgley West Gemme Breccia Sabbia Tile 12"x24" - Matte

Gemme Breccia Sabbia at 12" x 24" is the size most bathroom and kitchen floors settle on. Big enough that you are not grouting all weekend, small enough to cut cleanly around a vanity. Matte is the safer finish underfoot once water gets on it, and it hides the day to day better than a polish does. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. A box holds 11.63 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 10 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
