Midgley West Flow Desert Mosaic Tile 12"x12" - Natural

Flow Desert, 12" x 12", suits a small room. More grout lines than a big tile, but in a powder room or a laundry that is the point: fewer awkward cuts around the fixtures. The natural surface keeps its texture, which is what you want where feet arrive wet. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 4 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 28 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
