The Duomo Crema in 16" x 32" makes a small room look bigger, mostly because there is so little grout breaking up the surface. A natural finish holds grip when it is wet and does not show water spotting the way a polished face does. Because it is porcelain the body is dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. A box holds 10.34 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 11 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
