Midgley West Colors / Mono Smeraldo Tile 6"x24" - Polished

Colors / Mono Smeraldo at 6" x 24" hits the middle. Fewer grout lines than a small tile, none of the handling that comes with large format. Polished gives you the reflective surface, and the trade is grip: wet polished tile is slippery, so keep it off a wet floor and enjoy it on a wall or a dry room. Porcelain is fired dense all the way through, so a chip does not show a different colour underneath the way it can on a glazed ceramic. The colours in this line are not all rated the same: PEI runs 3 to 4 across them, so check the rating on the one you are actually buying before it goes anywhere busy. Each box covers 11.65 sq ft. For a 100 sq ft room order 10 and you have your ten percent for cuts and a couple spare for repairs later. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
