Cobbles Iron, 24" x 24", is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. Matte is the safer finish underfoot once water gets on it, and it hides the day to day better than a polish does. The density is the point with porcelain: very little water gets in, which is what keeps it stable in a bathroom or a laundry. PEI 4 is rated past residential traffic, so a busy hallway, a shop floor or an office is within range. Work on 15.5 sq ft a box. That puts a 100 sq ft floor at 8 boxes with ten percent in hand, which is what you want for cuts and breakage.
